Yoga for Pelvic Health
Knowledge. Power. Freedom.
How often do you consider the health of your pelvis and pelvic floor, especially in relation to your yoga practice, sports, or daily activities?

Many people do not think about their pelvic floor until something goes wrong, yet the pelvis is integral to our overall health and happiness and serves as the foundation for balance, stability, and movement.
​
Some of the most common pelvic health concerns include urinary urgency and frequency, incontinence, constipation, pelvic girdle pain, painful intercourse, infertility, sciatica, SI joint pain, and other forms of discomfort.
​
Yoga for Pelvic Health incorporates breath, movement, alignment, education, and awareness in a safe, compassionate, and welcoming environment. Students are invited to move with awareness and comfort while gaining a greater understanding of the function and needs of the pelvic floor.
​
The practice is designed to build strength, balance, awareness, confidence, and overall well being while empowering students with knowledge and practical tools that support everyday life.
​
Group classes start frequently, and no previous yoga experience is required. Private instruction is also available.

Menopause Wellness
As a Certified Menopause Coach, I support women through the transitions of perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause through education, movement, breathwork, and wellness practices.

Every woman's experience is unique. Together, we can explore strategies that support physical, emotional, and mental well being during this season of life.
​
Whether you are experiencing changes in energy, sleep, mobility, stress levels, or overall wellness, my goal is to help women feel informed, supported, and empowered throughout the menopause journey.
Yoga for Fertility
Fertility can be both an exciting and challenging journey. Yoga for Fertility offers supportive practices designed to encourage relaxation, body awareness, stress management, and overall wellness.

Through movement, breath awareness, mindfulness, and relaxation practices, students are encouraged to connect with their bodies while creating space for self care and healing.

​Practices are designed to meet students where they are while providing support throughout their individual journey.

Yoga for the Fourth Trimester
The postpartum period brings significant physical and emotional changes.

Yoga for the Fourth Trimester focuses on recovery, healing, restoration, and support during the transition into parenthood. Practices are designed to help students reconnect with their bodies, restore strength, and create space for self care during this important season of life.
​
Students are encouraged to move at their own pace while receiving support in a welcoming and compassionate environment.


Prenatal Offerings
I believe there is a yoga practice for every person and every season, and pregnancy is no exception.
​
Finding a teacher who understands the unique needs and challenges of each trimester is important during this special time. I am happy to support students throughout their journey to parenthood.
​
Classes are carefully planned to accommodate all stages of pregnancy and all levels of yoga experience. I incorporate movement, breathwork, imagery, meditation, and relaxation practices in every session.
​
Students are invited to work at their own pace and within their own comfort level. Classes foster a sense of community where students feel welcomed, respected, and heard.
​
​My goal is for students to leave class feeling empowered with knowledge and a greater understanding of their changing body and spirit during this transition to parenthood.
