By participating in any yoga, yoga therapy, workshops or other activities at City Yoga Warren LLC, I acknowledge and accept there are inherent risks associated with physical activity, including the risk of injury. I voluntarily assume all risk related to my participation, including but not limited to physical injury, strain, or other serious health issues. I understand that, as with any new physical activity, it is recommended that I consult with my healthcare team for guidance and clearance before participating. I understand it is my responsibility to listen to my body and inform the instructor of any health conditions or concerns prior to participating. City Yoga Warren LLC, its instructors and staff are not liable for any health conditions, injuries or damages that may occur. I also acknowledge that all sales are final and no refunds will be given for missed classes, workshops or memberships.
