Join us for part 2 of our Summer Wellness Series at City Yoga Warren: Yoga for Stress and Anxiety. This workshop is designed for anyone experiencing stress and/or anxiety, providing tools through yoga movement, breath, and mindfulness practices to effectively manage and alleviate these challenges. Discover how to navigate daily pressures and cultivate a sense of calm in a supportive environment. This class is appropriate for all levels of yoga experience.
