Using a variety of Yin Yoga poses, you'll find a sense of rest and harmony in your body and mind. Try out the series and discover the soothing effects of Yin Yoga. Each week enjoy Yin Yoga poses that specifically target the respective energetic pathways in the body, along with breath-work and mindfulness practices tailored to each theme. Join us for a unique and transformative experience each week! Week 1: Liver & Gallbladder Meridians for detoxification and renewal Week 2: Heart and Small Intestine Meridians to promote clarity and emotional balance Week 3: Spleen and Stomach Meridians to improve digestion & nourish the body, promoting grounding and stability Week 4: Lung and Large Intestine Meridians using breath and movement to release emotional and physical tension Week 5 : Kidney and Bladder Meridian- lengthen & strengthen your lower back and promote deep relaxation and restoration Week 6: Pericardium and Triple Heater Meridians- poses to balance emotions, promote circulation and overall well being
