Using a variety of yoga techniques you'll find a sense of rest and harmony in your body and mind. Try out the series and discover the soothing effects of Yin Yoga. Each week explore the unique qualities of a specific Chakra through a blend of Yin Yoga poses, meditation, mudras, and breathing techniques. These sessions are mindfully curated to support the balance and well-being of each energy center, promoting physical, emotional, and spiritual harmony. Through this series, you will deepen your understanding of the Chakra system, cultivate self-awareness, and unlock potential for transformation and growth within yourself. Join us for a holistic journey of self-discovery and inner alignment as we harmonize the body, mind, and spirit through the wisdom of the Chakras.
