Through gentle somatic movements and stretches, you will have the opportunity to improve your posture, increase flexibility, enhance your range of motion, and cultivate better balance. by honing your body-mind connection, Somatic Yoga can empower you to take charge of your overall health and well-being. Join us for this 6 week exploration of movement, sensation and presence, allowing for greater ease and harmony in both body and mind.
